Please check your inbox (and your spam folder) on November 7.
You’ll find out whether you have been selected for the online interviews on Friday, November 14 (1 PM – 6 PM), or invited to attend the in-person Job Fair at Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine on Saturday, November 15 (12:30 PM – 4:30 PM).
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to set an exact interview time since interview lengths may vary.
However, we recommend keeping Microsoft Teams open during the event — a moderator will contact you (usually first via chat) a few minutes before your interview begins. You can coordinate with them for an approximate time.
If you are a UNIUD student, use your @spes.uniud.it email address to register. This will allow you to access Microsoft Teams automatically — just open the app and wait for your turn to be called.
If you are not a UNIUD student, or registered with a different email address, you’ll receive an invitation email from Microsoft to join a meeting as a guest.
Click “Open Microsoft Teams” and follow the instructions to download the app (and, if necessary, create a Microsoft account using your email address).
Within a few minutes, you’ll have access to the platform.
We recommend using the desktop version of Microsoft Teams.
The software is free to download at:
